Nowadays, life is completely incomplete without a smartphone. Whether it is to talk to someone or use the internet, the phone comes in handy all the time, but does the smartphone only benefit us? Phone Smartphones emit radiation when they work. This radiation is very harmful for our health. You won't even know and the phone will continue to make you sick. You can easily find out whether the phone is making you sick or not.

The radiation emitted by smartphones is called radio frequency (RF) radiation. This radiation can damage our body, causing illness. The amount of radiation emitted by a smartphone is measured by the SAR value (Specific Absorption Rate). The SAR value is the amount of radio frequency energy transmitted per kilogram of tissue. A tissue is a group of cells that make up our body.

SAR value will be known from the code

You can find out the SAR value of a phone by just dialing a code.

For this you have to dial *#07# in your phone.

The SAR value will appear on your screen.

Level of SAR value

A limit of SAR value has been fixed in India. This should not exceed 1.6 watts per kilogram (W/kg). Most smartphones have SAR values below this level. If the SAR value of your smartphone is more than this limit then it is not suitable for your health.

Be careful while buying a new phone

If you are planning to buy a new smartphone, check its SAR value. This will let you know that you are not buying illness with the phone. The SAR value level is fine up to 1.6W/kg. You can use earphones to avoid phone radiation. It will keep the phone away and you will be able to talk.
