Airtel, Reliance Jio have started their 5G services in many places in the country but people in many cities are not able to avail the 5G services properly. If your phone is not getting 5G service properly, then it may not be a network problem but your phone settings, if you can't use it properly even though your phone has 5G network, then you have to do these settings in the phone.

First, go to the phone's network settings

Now select Preferred Type Of Network or 5G or Auto.

Now also do the Access Point Network (APN) setting in the network settings, as having the right APN is important for speed.

By going to the APN settings menu and setting the setting to default.

Apart from this, if you use social media apps Instagram, Facebook or X, check if that also slows down the speed.

Because these apps can use a lot of data. To save data you need to turn off auto play videos by going to the settings of these apps. Also set the phone's browser to data save mode.

If you are still not getting good internet speed after following all the steps mentioned above, reset the phone's network settings again.
