You have to visit the nearest Aadhaar Seva Kendra to change the photo. Online appointment for Aadhaar card is also available in many cities of the country.

Enrollment correction form has to be filled to change photo

You have to fill the Aadhar Enrollment/Correction/Update form to change the photo. This form can also be downloaded from the UIDAI website.

The form has to be submitted by filling all the necessary details
