After Instagram-WhatsApp now also channels in Facebook-Messenger

Meta Company launched the channels feature in WhatsApp and gave the facility to anyone to create a channel , but one thing the company kept in its own hands. Currently only channels of verified accounts of celebrities can be searched in Channels. Therefore, if you create a WhatsApp channel for the promotion of your hobby or business, people who know you cannot join your channel by searching your name. To join the channel they need to get the channel link. It means that the responsibility of the promotion of the channel is on the creator of the channel!

Now it has come to the fore that after launching channels in Instagram and WhatsApp, Meta Company has announced that a similar channel feature is coming to Facebook and Messenger as well. Facebook is currently testing the addition of broadcast channels to business pages. This feature is likely to be rolled out to everyone in the coming weeks.

The good thing about Facebook is that after starting a broadcast channel for one's Facebook page, once we share the first message in it, the people who follow it will get a ' one -time prompt ' and they will get a suggestion to join the channel. Users can also join the channel directly from the page's profile if they want. Like WhatsApp, broadcast channels of verified businesses or organizations have started in Facebook and Messenger.
