More than one link can now be added in the bio of Instagram!


Until now we could only provide a link on our profile page in Instagram. The link may be to your website or to another webpage. But we cannot provide more than one link.

Now last week the CEO of Meta Company Mark Zuckerberg announced that a total of five links can now be placed on Instagram's profile page!

However, there is a small condition. The condition is that even if we have provided more than one link, other users can see only the link on our profile page first. The link will appear like this: “[Your first link] and 1 other” User has to click on it to see another link and then the remaining link will open.

Apart from this minor glitch , the facility to add more links to their profile page is definitely useful especially for those who use Instagram for business promotion.

Adding more links to your profile in Instagram is easy. Open the Instagram app on the phone. Click on your profile picture at the bottom right. You will find an edit profile button below your basic details. Click on the link in it. Here Facebook link or any other external URL link can be added and their order can be changed.

This feature has been rolled out for most users. If you don't see it, try updating your Instagram app.
