YouTube desktop version will turn off video addresses


If you have been watching videos on YouTube regularly, you must have experienced that the ads appearing during the videos are a big hindrance. However, overlay ads in mobile apps have long been discontinued. After that, such overlay ads will be stopped on the YouTube website in the desktop as well. Its implementation will start from April 6 , 2023. However, YouTube has allowed content creators to use other types of ad formats instead of overlay ads.
