This type of exoplanet ends up merging with its star when the orbit is complete. According to scientists, the orbits of exoplanets are decreasing every year. However, this exoplanet is moving very slowly towards its sun. The exoplanet's orbit is decreasing at a rate of 131 milliseconds per year.

Gravitational force causes changes in the shape of the planets

According to astronomers, the gravitational force between any planet and its sun causes its shape to change. Tremendous energy is also generated due to this change. Scientists have discovered that similar energy is being generated due to the gravitational force between Jupiter and its moons. Researchers say they now have evidence that can improve our theories of physics. The destruction process of Kepler 1658B will serve as a laboratory for scientists.
