But one thing common in all these tanks is that these tanks are mostly black in color and secondly they are round. However, now white, blue and green colored tanks are available in the market. And it has stripes on each tank. Do you know why this is so?

Why are tanks round?

Talking about why you have round tanks today, the reason is surprising. The first reason is water pressure. When there is water in the tank, there is pressure on all sides. And if the tank is circular, this pressure is spread evenly on all sides. And another reason is that it is easy to clean. It is also easy to make a round tank. Since this tank is made of PVC, there is no risk of breakage by making it round.

Why is there only a black tank?

Let us tell you that the color of the tank is mostly black. It is not that other color tanks are not available in the market. But the reason behind it is that when the water is left for a long time, it freezes due to heat. As in a lake this kind of green freezes. But since it is a black tank, there is no question of getting green in it. Black color absorbs the most light. In such a case, the black color of the tank absorbs the sun's rays. That is, the sun's rays do not give more influence in black color than other colors of the tank. But the disadvantage of black color against it is that it heats up quickly from the sun's rays. And because of that the water also gets hot. However, colored tanks do not have this type of problem.
