NASA made a plan to send the rocket to Mars in just 45 days

New York, Tuesday, January 23, 2023

America is preparing to build such a rocket, which will reach Mars in just 45 days. Currently, it takes a year for a rocket to reach Mars. NASA plans to build a spacecraft or a nuclear-fueled rocket that can take humans to Mars in just 45 days.

NASA is working on two programs

BNTR has two systems. The first is the nuclear thermal program and the second is the nuclear electric program... these two programs are the ones that can go from Earth to Mars in 100 days as per the current calculations. However, this gap can be reduced to 45 days in future. For this plan, NASA has launched a new program called NASA Innovative Advanced Concept (NIAC). In the first phase of this program, NASA will build a nuclear rocket.

Technology, money will be used behind the rocket

NASA says it will build a nuclear-powered rocket powered by a wave rotor topping cycle that will reach Mars in just 45 days. Prof. Ryan Goss, Head of the Hypersonics Program Area at the University of Florida, said that if this event is successful, it will be a miracle in the world of space missions. However, making this rocket will require a lot of brains, technology and money.
