Teams chats in Outlook


Until recently we had to do communication , especially office work, with the help of different apps or services. Like we send an email to someone as per the work requirement , then chat in an app like WhatsApp and also do a video meeting in an app like Zoom. Now, both Google and Microsoft have entered into a competition to provide benefits by linking all these services together. Google has integrated video calling and chatting features in its Gmail app. Similarly, Microsoft is adding the Teams Chats experience to its Outlook service. This feature is likely to be rolled out by February. Before that, Microsoft has added a new feature of communities to the Teams service on Android and iOS. With its help, you can easily create groups in teams and send messages to each other.
