Pralaya' Missile: Army is buying 'Pralaya' missile to destroy the enemy in view of the formation of 'Rocket Force'

Amid the ongoing tension with China, the Indian Army is mulling buying the 'Pralaya' ballistic missile. As the name Pralay suggests, it can completely destroy enemy positions located 150 to 500 kilometers away. The proposal to buy 'Pryal' by the Indian Army is at an earlier stage. A decision on this is expected to be taken at a high-level meeting to be held this week. Defense sources said the proposal is also significant as it comes at a time when the Indian Army is considering building a 'rocket force'.

A proposal to create a rocket force is under consideration in the Ministry of Defence. Recently Navy Chief Admiral R.K. Harikumar said that late CDS General Bipin Kumar was thinking of creating a rocket force to confront the enemies on the border.
