The use of Arogyasetu app and Kovin platform will expand

As we all have started to forget Corona , in the same way Arogyasetu app has also started to be uninstalled from most people's smartphones. During the Corona period , Arogyasetu app was very useful as a contact tracing app that alerts us if we have come in close contact with a Corona infected person and supports the government system in this regard. It was then effectively used for the registration of people in vaccination drives and then distribution of vaccine certificates with the help of the Kovin platform.

Now after Corona , this app is no longer a fixed type of use , but the government is expanding the Arogyasetu app and Kovin platform for a different purpose. It will be specially used in the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission launched by the government in September 2021. Similarly , this app and platform will be used in campaigns for all types of vaccines , not just the Corona vaccine . There is also a possibility that when a person goes to a hospital, he will not have to stand in a queue to register a case , the QR code at the reception can be scanned with the Arogyasetu app to get an OPD card!

That means if you still have the Arogyasetu app on your phone, don't be in a hurry to delete it!
