NASA warns - 6-foot-wide asteroid will pass close to Earth on November 21

Washington, November 19, 2021, Friday

The US space agency NASA has further warned that an asteroid or asteroid named 21 Orphas is about to pass close to the Earth. When the Earth passes close on November 21, its speed will be around 30,000 km. An asteroid is an irregularly shaped mountain in space that orbits the Sun just like a planet, although it is very small in size, so there is no doubt that it will be destroyed if it collides with the Earth at high speed. When the first solar system was formed, clouds of gas and dust could not take the shape of any large planet. During this process they turned into small mountains or rocks.

According to scientists, the asteroid is 8 feet wide and three times larger than London's Big Ben. A branch of the US space agency is monitoring the passing asteroid. However, there is no need to panic because the asteroid will have a safe distance of 3 lakh miles from the Earth when it passes. This distance may seem long but it is considered close in space vastness and space exploration. NASA believes that when any space object passes within 150 million miles, it is considered close to Earth. NASA is keeping a close eye on this type of Near Earth object. This does not pose a threat but caution is required.

According to a NASA calculation, any asteroid is considered a threat when it comes close to 3 million miles from Earth. In that sense, it is not possible for humans to be terrified of an asteroid passing through a distance of 3 lakh miles on November 21. Normally, asteroids pass through their orbits, but if there is even a slight change or direction, it will not feel close to the Earth. Its speed is around 30,000 km per hour. According to a report, NASA has discovered about two thousand asteroids which could be dangerous for the people of the planet at any time. 9 of which are considered the most dangerous.
