The popularity of solar systems as an alternative energy is growing as petrol and diesel prices continue to rise. Pollution from crude oil is on the rise, but solar energy is inexhaustible and pollution-free. This is a benign example of where solar energy is becoming a blessing in disguise.


In 2016, Morocco's Eid Majahadi village became the first solar village in Africa. Not only that, the school in this village is also lit by solar energy. A picture of a hut in a village called Tukal in South Sudan is also going viral. Solar energy has played a major role in removing the atmosphere of the 19th century when electricity pylons were yet to be installed in the rocky, desolate area. Solar energy can also change the lives of poor, rural and marginalized people. Solar panels are being installed not only on land but also on water. Not only that, a solar plant near Nairobi, Kenya is supplying electricity to floriculture farmers. It is not to be forgotten that the jet plane of Solar Impulse made history by killing the flour of the world. These solar panels generate a lot of energy in extremely cold seasons. The energy falls on the solar energy panel due to the glare of the ice. Solar energy can go high in space. The International Space Station also uses solar panels. Researchers are also considering building solar panels in space. A boat called Race for Water has the world's largest solar power. This yacht runs on completely clean energy. Not a single drop of this fossil energy is used.
