NASA found our Sun's 'little brother', age is 600 million years

New Delhi, August 7, 2021

The American space agency NASA has found the younger brother of the sun in space.

Little brother, because this is a star that is only 600 million years old. Scientists believe that it can reveal how life on earth came to be. This star has been named Kappa 1 Seti. Its structure is our Sun. Is the same and is only 30 light years away from Earth.

According to NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center, the star could be between 600 and 750 million years old, when our sun is half its age and 4.6 billion years old. This tiny sun will help scientists understand how our sun Shaped the Earth's atmosphere and how life on Earth began.

The research also looked at the way young people get out of the Sun. Scientists say that our galaxy has more than 100 billion stars and that one in 10 stars is similar to our Sun in terms of shape and light. Some of these stars are still evolving. Is.

"Imagine trying to make a picture of a child by looking at a picture of a young person," scientists say of the tiny sun that has been found.
