If you remember, a few months ago in 'Technoworld' we talked about an app called Microsoft's SMS Organizer. One of the unparalleled features of this app is that the messages coming to us in it can be automatically sorted into different categories like personal, promotional, transaction etc.

A similar feature is now coming to Google's Messages app. Messages will also be arranged in the categories of Personal, Transaction, One Time Password (OTP), Offers etc. This will be automatic, but we can change the category of a message if we wish.

Now machine learning and artificial intelligence have come into everything, so even in this, if we change the category of the message, then the app will automatically classify the message accordingly in the future.

The number of times we send an SMS to someone has decreased, but this automatic classification of messages seems to be very useful in view of the ever-increasing number of messages we receive.
