London, 5, September, 2020, Saturday

India is a leading country in the production and consumption of rice in Gujarati and rice in Hindi. India produces more than 100 million tonnes of rice a year, with the country's rice exports competing with Thailand. Wheat and rice have been used as food for centuries. Rice and mugi khichdi are considered staple food of poor and middle class. Rice plate is admired in South India and dal rice in Gujarat, Maharashtra. Some families still need rice in any form in their diet. Without rice, lunch would be incomplete.

However, in the changed times, it has become necessary to use rice wisely. According to a research, the consumption of rice has been found to be responsible for the increasing heart disease in India. According to research, rice absorbs more toxins and arsenic which causes heart disease. Rice's research on growing diabetes and heart disease is thought-provoking.

Researchers at the University of Manchester and Salford have noticed that arsenic is found in large quantities in the soils of farmers who cultivate rice. Also, rice production requires a lot of water and in case of floods, arsenic mixes with the soil and increases the level of the hazardous element. Which together with other toxins give rise to cardiovascular disease. Even so, excessive consumption of rice increases body fat and makes it fat.

Even if you have a habit of smoking, the chances of getting heart disease are many times higher. That is why it has become necessary for people to change their eating habits over time. It is quite reasonable to ask a question here as to why people did not have a problem with rice before.? According to the study, it is important to be physically active after consuming rice.

Earlier people lived a hard working life so there was no problem. Most of the people were engaged in farming business and now they are living a modern life without labor. In which the body is kept at rest. Also use a lift to climb two or three storey steps. Escalators can be found in shopping malls and complexes. According to research, arsenic is found in high amounts in rice which is responsible for heart related diseases.
