Research papers and claims are published periodically. According to a recent research, our Milky Way galaxy may have up to 7 intelligence civilizations. This civilization should be able to communicate with the earthlings. According to scientists, this civilization takes about 3 billion years to form. If we talk about the earth, it took four and a half billion years to form an intelligent civilization. According to details published in The Astrophysical Journal, the Milky Way of the galaxy may have an intelligence civilization like ours.
