Research papers and claims are published periodically. According to a recent research, our Milky Way galaxy may have up to 7 intelligence civilizations. This civilization should be able to communicate with the earthlings. According to scientists, this civilization takes about 3 billion years to form. If we talk about the earth, it took four and a half billion years to form an intelligent civilization. According to details published in The Astrophysical Journal, the Milky Way of the galaxy may have an intelligence civilization like ours. However at the present time it is very difficult to approach.
