Real money game apps are now available in the Android Play Store as well

Real money games have been very popular on the internet for quite some time now. Apps that provide the facility to win real money by playing different types of ' games ' are known as ' real money ' games. There is still a lot of ambiguity about whether such apps on the internet are considered gambling or not according to Indian laws. In India, winning rupees by playing skill-based games cannot be called gambling. On the other hand, until now Google Company had taken a different approach for real money games.

If you play these types of games, you must know that apps for such games are not available on Google's Play Store. We have to download it from that company's website. An app downloaded from a source other than the Play Store can be installed on an Android smartphone after giving permission to install it.

Now Google is changing its attitude. The company has decided to allow real money games apps on Android's Play Store in India and Brazil. Initially, only fantasy , sports and rummy games apps will be allowed to be offered on Play Store in India. This new arrangement will run as a pilot program till June 30 , 2026. After that Google company will prepare a new policy for such games and then probably all types of real money games will be allowed on play store.

Until now, Google seems to have prioritized ethical issues in this whole thing , but now it seems that Google has also been tempted by the huge profits app developers are getting in real money games. The company has also hinted that Google will be rolling out a new service fee model for apps for real money games in the Play Store. It is quite likely that Google will charge more fees from such games apps than other apps.
