The people of India and Indian companies are at the forefront of technology adoption. India is also leading the world in how people and companies can use messaging to accomplish various tasks.

Credit Card Payment via WhatsApp:

On Wednesday, WhatsApp joined hands with PayU and Razorpay. With this connection, WhatsApp users will get the facility to make payments through debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI app, etc. Apart from this, Mark Zuckerberg started the verification feature for business on WhatsApp. He said, many Indian companies have been demanding this verification service from us so that customers can identify genuine and fake, which we are completing today.

During the event, Mark Zuckerberg also introduced a new feature called WhatsApp Flows. This feature will allow companies to customize and personalize chat. Zuckerberg explained about this feature by giving an example. Suppose there is a bank, then through this facility it can provide the facility to customers to open a bank account or avail any of its other services through chat itself.
