The doctor made many tweets about this one after the other. The doctor said that when the woman wakes up late at night, suddenly her vision has stopped. He also started having trouble reaching the washroom. Doctor Sudhirkumar said that the woman then approached the doctor. The eye specialist told her some remedies after which the woman benefited.

The name of this female patient was Manju. She even quit her job as a beautician to take care of her son. After that he had this kind of problem. She said that she used to use the mobile phone for hours. He said that I used to use the mobile phone for two to three hours even after the lights in the room were turned off at night, which might have caused my eye problems.

Giving a message to users who use smartphones throughout the day, the woman said, avoid looking at the screen of digital devices for a long time, as it damages your vision a lot.

"The 20-20-20 rule should be used when using mobile or digital devices, ie, keep any device 20 feet away and take a 20-second break every 20 minutes," said the doctor.
