Suppose the telecom company allots your active number to another user. In this case, if the user creates a WhatsApp account with that number, he can access all the details of your account. Recently this happened to a user. A user bought a new SIM card and created a WhatsApp account with it but got confused as soon as his account was created. There was already a WhatsApp account active on his new number. On which there was a photo of a girl. The account was full of chats and group messages.

Keep these things in mind

Any user can get trapped in such a situation. It is not necessary that the user in front is smart enough not to misuse your account details. To avoid such a situation, users should take care of some things. For example, keep the number active from which you have created a WhatsApp account. If your current number has to be closed for any reason, update the number informing WhatsApp about this. You will get the option to update the account in the app itself. As soon as you update the number, your account will be transferred from the first number to the second number.
