Want to fall asleep with music on your phone without having to worry about turning it off?

Many people like to listen to their favorite songs or music by opening the YouTube app on their smartphones while working in the office or in the kitchen. Similarly , many people like to fall asleep listening to slow , soft , soothing music while sleeping at night. During the day, when we want, we can stop the music playing in YouTube or other apps by taking the smartphone in hand. But before going to bed at night, why does the burden of closing it remain on the mind ? YouTube or most other music apps don't have an inbuilt slipper timer feature. But iPhone and Android have a similar feature.

In iPhone: After you start any music app, you don't have to close it manually , the feature that automatically closes after a certain time can be found with the help of clock app in iPhone. For that, start playing your favorite music or playlist in YouTube Music or any music app of your choice, then open the Clock app and select the timer in it. In it select ' Stop Playing ' in ' When Timer End ' option . After this, even if you listen to slow music, any music you started on the iPhone will stop playing when the time set in the timer expires.

In Android: Like iPhone in Android, there is a timer feature in the clock app, but there is no feature to automatically stop anything playing on the phone when the time set in the timer is over. For this we have to use a third party app.

A number of free apps will be available for this from the Google Play Store. You can choose an app like Sleep Timer (Turn music off) . Then it is easy to use. After playing music in your favorite app, open the Music Sleep Timer app. Set a time limit and fall asleep. App will stop playing at fixed time!
