WhatsApp will give the message edit option even before Twitter starts

Users have been demanding an edit button on Twitter, the world's top microblogging site, for years, and Elon Musk, who offered a buyout to become the new owner of the opposite party, has also discussed the edit button several times in a tweet, but now it seems that Twitter Meta, the world's largest social media giant, could launch a message editing service on its WhatsApp.

The most used social messaging app is WhatsApp. Whether it is office work or online class , nowadays everything from small to big , everything is done through WhatsApp. WhatsApp keeps bringing new updates and features from time to time. Now WhatsApp is bringing a feature that people are eagerly waiting for. Whatsapp is going to bring the EDIT button soon .


The edit button is being tested on the beta version of the messaging app WhatsApp, so no edit button has been seen on the main version WhatsApp yet. Text sent once can only be deleted but it cannot be edited but in future service editing will be possible even after sending text i.e. message.

WhatsApp started working on the feature five years ago but for some reason the company dropped the project and finally after a five year hiatus WhatsApp has decided to work on the edit feature again.

Wabetainfo shared a screenshot of the edit feature that is currently being developed. It can be seen in the screenshot that selecting a single message now shows the option of edit in it. Users will also have the option to edit along with the options to copy and forward the message.
