Create a PDF file from a number of images

It often happens that we have a number of images and we want to convert them into one PDF file for some reason. At the time of Corona even children had such a hassle , now they have got rid of it , college students or office executives may still need it. For example you may have images of different invoices sent to a company and you want to send them all together as one file to a client.

To do this, it is easy to create a PDF file from all the images.

For that, save the different images you want to create a PDF in a folder on the computer. Arrange the image files in the folder in the same order as you want to arrange the images in the PDF. Rename the image files if necessary and arrange them according to the page.

Now select all these images at once and then right click with the mouse and choose print from the options that appear. Here you should see ' Microsoft Print to PDF ' option (if not then follow the procedure given below to add this feature).

After that , we can choose the image quality and layout options in the PDF. Then give the print command. Select the folder in which you want to save it and name the file. Just create the PDF !

Now all our selected images will become one PDF file. Which we can easily send to anyone as a single file.

If ' Print to PDF ' option is not found...

Windows 10 and 11 already include the ' Microsoft Print to PDF ' option , with the help of which any program file can be converted to PDF. For that, by giving a print command from any program, the option of ' Microsoft Print to PDF ' can be selected instead of our physical printer.

If you don't see this option in your Windows 10 or 11 PC/Laptop, go to Windows Settings , Devices, Printers & Scanners, and ' Add a Printer or Scanner ' option.

You can reach this page directly by searching ' add a printer or scanner ' in Windows search box. Click on ' The Printer That I Want Isn't Listed ' link here . Select the option ' Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings ' and click on Next.

Now select File: (Print to File) option under ' Use and Existing Port ' option. Now click Next and select ' Microsoft ' in the list on the left and select ' Print to PDF ' on the right. Now after clicking next follow the instructions that appear. This will add the Microsoft Print to PDF service as a printer to your PC or laptop. Now you can create a PDF file by choosing this option as the printer when issuing a print command from any program.

Don't get discouraged after reading this , you will almost certainly get this option already!
