Lock the gun with a fingerprint.

Last week in Texas, USA, a gun was again in the hands of a headhunter and a number of innocent children lost their lives. There is a constant debate about gun culture in America. The American president also said this time that there was a lot of talk , now is the time for action.

An American engineer took action years ago - he developed a technology that uses a fingerprint to unlock the gun , just like a mobile phone.

In our country, unfortunate incidents of death of a policeman or a soldier while cleaning a rifle or accidentally pressing the trigger are reported in the newspapers , but in countries like America, it happens at the family level. In addition to the mistake, the gun often falls into the wrong person's hands , as has just happened.

Omar Kiani, a Detroit city engineer, was shot in the mouth in a similar accident when he was a child. Growing up, Omar says , ' I myself have been the victim of such an accident , now I have a gun and I have children. I wanted to do something that would not happen to my children. As a solution to this, Omar developed a safety lock that could be mounted on a gun called ' Identity Lock ' , using the latest technology in the mobile sector . The fingerprint sensors used in the iPhone to identify the owner of the phone are sensors approved by the FBI and are used in many security scanners. In the identity lock , a lock with this sensor can be fitted to the trigger of the gun and the trigger remains covered.

If the gun falls into the hands of someone other than the gun owner and the fingerprints do not match, the cover on the trigger remains intact. If the gun owner wants to fire himself in the event of an accident, the cover will fall down within 0.5 seconds of his fingerprint matching and then the trigger can be pressed. This type of gun can simultaneously set the fingerprints of up to 6 people to make them authorized users of the gun.

The U.S. president himself has instructed the development of safer technologies in the wake of a spate of home-grown gun shootings by students at various schools in the United States, and research into the issue is growing as a result. An organization called Smart Tech Foundation also announced a ૧૦ 1 million prize for Best Idea in this direction. One company has developed technology that allows a gun to operate only if the radio frequency of the gun matches the watch on the gun owner's wrist. However, it seems that despite all these efforts, technology has not achieved the expected success.
