In a few years, smartphones will no longer exist, claims Nokia CEO

New Delhi, June 3, 2022, Friday

As smartphones have become an integral part of people's lives, Nokia CEO Pecca Lundmark has claimed at the World Economic Forum in Davos that smartphones will be gone in a few years.

He says that the speed at which smartphones are being updated will be the reason for its demise. If we talk about the commercial market, by 2030, many countries of the world will be using SixG technology. People will already be using smart glass and other products as compared to smartphones.

According to Pecca Lundmark, some of the features of the smartphone that we are currently using will be directly connected to our body and will reduce the use of the smartphone.

Although the Nokia CEO did not say which device he was referring to, it is believed that he was referring to Elon Musk's Neuralink. Which is trying to chip into a man's brain.

Musk also showed a demo of an African monkey having a chip in its brain last year, during which it was controlling a game with its own brain.

It may be mentioned that India is currently preparing for the launch of Five G service.
