In which the shape of the cornea of ​​one eye or both eyes becomes somewhat strange and blurred. Which is why people can’t read white text on a black background more easily than black text on a white background. The iris gets smaller as the display is brighter. Which causes less light to go into the eye and obscure with a dark display. This affects the focus of the eye.

What to do : If there is no damage to the eyes due to the dark mode, you should keep switching between both the dark mode and the light mode. The brightness of the smartphone's display should be kept low as far as possible. Use light mode during the day whereas dark mode should be used well at night.
