Which causes less light to go into the eye and obscure with a dark display. This affects the focus of the eye.

What to do : If there is no damage to the eyes due to the dark mode, you should keep switching between both the dark mode and the light mode. The brightness of the smartphone's display should be kept low as far as possible. Use light mode during the day whereas dark mode should be used well at night.
