Researchers at Princeton University also believe that the corona virus will not be destroyed by climate change. Corona has spread havoc in a country with all kinds of cold, hot weather. The researchers tested the corona virus in different climatic climates around the world. This test model was based on historical statistics of seasonal transmission of the virus. These included influenza virus, human coronavirus HKU1 and human coronavirus OC-3. The effect of the weather is seen only after the development of herd immunity to the virus, but not yet in the case of covid.


Dr. Rachel Baker, an expert involved in the study, believed that in the early stages of the novel Corona, no effect of heat, cold or humidity would be seen on the epidemic and that it would continue to spread. Without vaccination or social distance, it is unlikely to slow down in the southern hemisphere. Once humans have gained immunity to the novel corona virus, it will continue to be more affected in winter, just like the plain corona virus.
