It will be easier to jot down notes during video meetings

If your office meetings are held in Microsoft's Teams service, there is good news for you. Till now, when we hold our meeting in Teams or any other video conferencing service, we have to manually take notes of whatever is discussed in it. Usually, everyone involved in the meeting jots down this note with a pen in their favorite program on their computer or in their diary. Collaboration of such differently registered notes is particularly difficult. Notes used to be added to Microsoft Teams , but now they will be shared. Before a meeting starts in Teams, a panel of collaborative notes will be displayed. The agenda of the meeting can be added to this panel by different people attending the meeting. After that the notes of whatever is discussed during the meeting can also be added in this panel itself. Different tasks are decided during the meeting and responsibility is assigned to different person... All these notes can also be added in this panel. After the meeting is over, these notes will be available in the team's calendar, which will be available on the details page for that meeting.
