App-cab companies hide their secret data from police

Apps that offer the convenience of hailing a taxi at the touch of a finger have been as convenient as they are controversial. The issue of safety of people traveling in such services often arises. Now the Uber company has again come into controversy on this issue. According to a report, the company tried a trick known as ' kill switch ' and thus tried to hide its secret data from the governments of various countries. The report says that when any of its offices are raided by the police or other authorities , the company instructed its employees to use a special trick developed by Vikas. Internally this arrangement was known as the ' kill switch ' . If this ' kill switch ' was activated when any office was raided, some parts of the computers would be blocked and thus the company's sensitive data could be hidden from the police. Turns out the company has used this trick in India as well. In addition to India, it has been revealed that the company has hidden its data from the police in France , Netherlands , Belgium , Hungary and Romania. This report (or say scam!) is now known as the ' Uber Files ' .
