Google has been trying to change this situation for a long time. Now there is news that Google is launching a new system called ' Extension Software Developer Kit ' . Because of this, even in phones with Android 11 or 12, developers will be able to benefit from the new features of Android 13 in their app. Google has long been trying to make Android's core components easily updateable through the Play Store instead of a whole operating system update.
