No clarity yet on price of American drones, opposition could block deal; India ready for dialogue


An agreement has been signed between India and the US to purchase MQ9B Predator drones with advanced technology. This issue has not come up in CCS either

The Congress party had alleged that the Predator drone was bought at four times the price on the lines of the Rafale deal. Calling it junk, the quality of the technology was questioned. It has been said from government sources that, 'The price of this drone has not been decided between the two countries yet. It can be increased or decreased as per requirement.
