A new unique iPhone feature saved lives in accidents


Recently we talked in ' Technoworld ' that Apple's iPhone 14 has added features to know the accident situation and get help through satellite in case of emergency. Now the news is that the lives of two people who were victims of a serious car accident in America were saved because of this feature! A vehicle passing on the highway in a forest of California, USA, fell from the edge of the mountain into a valley about 300 feet deep. The iPhone 14 was in the car and the phone detected a car accident. Mobile network signals were not available at the scene of the accident in the forest , so an automatic , emergency SOS message was sent from the phone via satellite. The text message reached one of Apple's relay centers, and an employee on duty there sent a message to the county sheriff for help. A helicopter was immediately dispatched to rescue the accident victims and the two occupants of the vehicle were rushed to a nearby hospital. In another incident, after a woman had a car accident, a similar message reached her husband through her iPhone. Because of this, before the medical team reached the scene, the husband had reached! The feature to send emergency messages for help via satellite is currently available in the US , Canada , France , Germany , Ireland and the UK.
