Users will have the option to share self-distracting text and video along with self-distracting text. According to WABetainfo, a new updated website associated with WhatsApp, a feature that automatically disappears photos and videos will be launched under the name Expiring Media.

How will this feature work?

This will be an extension of the self-distracting feature or the expiring message feature. Users will have the option to send a photo, video or GIF file in the form of a self-distracting message. This media file will disappear automatically after seeing the receiver.

The special thing is that this media is expired will not be written like 'Delete for Everyone' feature. This will disappear altogether. In addition, this type of self-distracting message will come in a different format from the normal message, so that the receiver will already be notified that the file will disappear.

WhatsApp is currently testing this feature. It is possible that there will be more changes in reaching the users. The company is also working on a multi-device support feature. This multi-device support feature will allow users to run a single WhatsApp account across four devices.
