Two months after the monkeys were vaccinated, TB bacteria were injected into the lungs and tested to show that 3 out of 10 monkeys were more resistant to TB. From this, the researchers came to the conclusion that if the method of vaccinating against TB is changed, a more positive result can be obtained. However, researchers also believe that the experiment of injecting TB vaccine into monkeys still requires research. Experiments to be applied in humans will last for 15 to 20 months. Research on this has been published in the well-known journal Nature.
