Chinese drone builds fully indigenous two-seater mini-helicopter - Octocopter

Beijing, Ta. 12 June 2020, Friday

A Chinese entrepreneur has developed a mini helicopter that can make two people enjoy flying with the help of a drone. The helicopter is fitted with four motors with a power of 19,000 watts so that it can fly and is named 'Octocopter'. This helicopter is capable of flying in the air with a weight of up to 120 kg.

The electric device mounted around the helicopter helps the motors to run and also determines its direction, speed and altitude. This octocopter is 170 cm i.e. 5.57 feet long and is made of carbon fiber. When flying, it creates a negative lift of 150 kg, which means that its own weight reaches 150 kg while flying in the air.

According to Daly Zhao, the creator of the octocopter, all its parts are made in China and the GPS system installed in it helps to find a way to get somewhere. Once the helicopter has fixed the destination, it will deliver it there by itself. You just have to be more discriminating with the help you render toward other people.

According to Zhao, the helicopter will help police patrol the city as well as be more proactive in disaster relief.
